SiliconBlue is the first company to combine ultra low power, high
logic capacity, and small size into SRAM-based reconfigurable
FPGAs, optimized for handheld, mobile applications from voltage
level-translation, port expansion, and interface controllers to power
saving co-processors. As a bonus SiliconBlue FPGAs feature
embedded nonvolatile memory for secure single-chip configuration.
Fabricated on TSMC's 65 nm LP standard CMOS process, these
FPGAs are low cost, with operating power as low as 25 uW (typical)
and package sizes as small as 3mm by 4mm.
